Job Description

Role Purpose:

If so we want you to be our next QHSE Advisor.

We are looking for a QHSE Advisor in Global BusinessServices(GBS) preferably in our office in Stavanger with Bergen as an option.
GBS is an internal global service organization providing business support toboth Odfjell Technology and Odfjell Drilling.

As QHSE Advisor you are a part of the QHSE network inOdfjell Technology and will work closely with our various business areas.
We would like our QHSE Advisor to continuouslycontribute to support ongoing improvements and developments within ourmanagement procedures and QHSE systems.
It is expected that you are committed to our overalltargets and strategy for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute in developing and maintaining company procedures and processes
  • Coordinate improvement and upgrades of QHSE systems and tools in accordance with ISO standards
  • Carry out and participate in audits and verifications
  • Facilitate risk assessments
  • Participate in QHSE improvement projects
  • Provide support to Odfjell Technology and Odfjell Drilling within QHSE advisory

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Higher education (MSc/BSc). Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education
  • Documented experience within QHSE management and improvement processes.
  • Experience in quality auditing is preferred
  • Knowledge of ISO and other QHSE related standards
  • Structured, service oriented and task focused
  • Proactive and highly developed communication and cooperation skills
  • Fluent Norwegian and English, both oral and written.
