  • Arbeidsoppgaver
  • Arbeidsmiljøarbeid og sykefravær. Arbeidet innebærer oppfølging av sykemeldt personell, rådgivning og lederstøtte 
  • Utvikle og koordinere prosesser og system for sykefraværsoppfølging
  • Opplæring og kurs i små grupper internt
  • Analyse- og rapporteringsarbeid innenfor sykefravær
  • Samarbeide med bedriftshelsetjenesten
  • Jobbe kontinuerlig med forbedringsarbeid samt tverrfaglig samarbeid internt i HR, med vernetjeneste og tillitsvalgte samt andre ressurser internt og eksternt 


  • Relevant høyere utdanning på minimum Bachelornivå, gjerne med sosialt arbeid i fagkretsen
  • Gode medmenneskelige kommunikasjons evner
  • Erfaring med lederstøtte 
  • Erfaring med arbeid med sykefravær
  • Kunnskaper om NAV systemet og regelverket (folketrygdloven og arbeidsmiljøloven)
  • God skriftlig og muntlig fremstillingsevne 
  • Erfaring fra prosjektarbeid i større organisasjoner vil være en fordel

  • Selvstendig med god gjennomføringsevne
  • God relasjonsbygger og evne til å skape tillitt og trygghet
  • God organisasjon- og systemforståelse 
  • God formidlingsevne og formidler ulike problemstillinger og regelverk på en lettfattelig måte
