As a Tool Coordinator in Well Service Norway no days will be the same. There will be hectic days where you are challenged to see new solutions to meet the customer needs, and where good system understanding will be your most important working tool. A great team with long and broad experience is in place to help you succeed in your new role!

Your main tasks as a Tool Coordinator will be:

  • Follow up customer project/receive request for customer
  • Reserve equipment in customer order
  • Establish and coordinate mobilization for shipment
  • Handle transfers of equipment between WS locations
  • Hire In equipment from 3rd party/establish requisition
  • Follow up unreturned equipment
  • Offer equipment beyond contract
  • Establish requisitions for cost related to mobilization/demobilization
  • Ensure customer order is ready for invoicing
  • Other tasks as assigned

Our preferred candidate has the following skills and qualifications:

  • Preferably education within logistics
  • Min. 5 years industry experience
  • Knowledge of drilling related equipment
  • Good system understanding
  • Good written and oral Norwegian and English skills
