The Role: As our Senior HR Coordinator, you’ll be the one behind the scenes, handling everything from hiring to keeping the team happy and productive.

Job Description

  • Personnel coordination (mobilization/demobilization of offshore personnel) 
  • Close dialogue with the client (requester) and planner 
  • Ordering travel and helicopter seats 
  • Supporting other HR administrative tasks as needed
  • Knowledge of the following systems would be an advantage; IFS, Cornerstone, DaWinci and ProPeople

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a HR and/or logistics role.
  • Minimum 3 years’ Higher Education / University Degree in relevant subject preferred or longer work experience may compensate for lack of formal education. 
  • Ability to provide advice and coach team members.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft and HR database applications.
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload and prioritise accordingly.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement and impart confidential information.
