HR Technology Process Improvement Coordinator

Qualifications:
- Formal education within Business Administration, IT, Human Resources, Finance or similar. Relevant experience may weigh up for lack of formal education.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with administrative systems and processes like administration, masterdata, crewing, time management, as end-user, superuser or system administrator.
- Interest and ability to learn new systems and technologies to support existing processes and end-users.
- Ability to drive and implement process changes
- Excellent collaboration skills, proactive communication
- Ability to travel to our offices world-wide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application owner and System Lead
- Act as primary contact, trainer and superuser
- Coordinate initiatives to expand existing system functionality,
- Design, improve, and implement new and existing processes related to HR systems (IFS, ProPeople, MSOffice, etc).
- Perform a central role in new rollout processes world-wide, plan and implement change processes with System Administrators.
- Investigate and solve process and system issues
