The Operational Manager is responsible for the daily operations for our Turbular Running Services in Well Services Norway. The main responsibilities are to lead the onshore and offshore organization, ensure procedures and safety standards are meet and maximize efficiency and productivity. As Operations Manager you are a part of the management group of Well Services Norway and it is expected that your are committed to our overall targets and strategy for the company.

Key responsibilities:
Manage the Operational department
Market our services and products
Tender preparation
Optimize the equipment stock
Follow-up relevant agreements/contracts with customers and suppliers
Report cost, progress and deviation in projects and daily operations
Maintain and develop good relations and good service towards our customers and suppliers

Relevant formal background, MSc level such as engineering, finance or leadership, alternatively long relevant experience within areas of relevance.
Minimum 6 years’ documented experience and results within either offshore operations with relevance for position and/or Business and financial supervisor positions and/or Leadership positions 
Good knowledge of drilling related equipment
Previous experience from a management position
Accurate, systematic and have good sense of order
Good written and oral English skills
