Job Description

 Exiting opportunity for an ambitious  HR coordinator to join Odfjell Rig Inspection Services. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve Competence pool customers in an effective and cost saving manner.
  • Establish, control and monitor electronic personnel archive, working time, overtime, travel, travel bills, absences, etc.
  • Update of all systems and reports related to personnel in the required systems
  • Collaborate with the Training Coordinator regarding the educational needs and rig specific skills/certifications needed.
  • Maintain communication and contact with Competence Pool offshore personnel
  • Trained and qualified to be a part of duty phone and next of kin group

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-year high school and / or training / education within personnel
  • Relevant experience from offshore personnel work
  • Knowledge of equipment and systems within the scope of work
  • Good team working and communication skills, flexible and dedicated
  • Must be able to work independently and take responsibility
  • Must be able to work with accuracy and structure in a systematic way
